I agree to the processing of data and the use of images and videos taken during all events concerning the Royal Golf Challenge at the Royal Hotel Sanremo and the Circolo Golf degli Ulivi:

– on 25-10-2025 from h 8.00 to h 24.00
– on 26-10-2025 from h 8.00 to h 20.00.

The photos and videos will be taken by photographers and videographers Fabio Zenoardo and Andrea Languasco, appointed by the Royal Hotel Sanremo, and videographer Andrea Miranda, appointed by the 3 MIND agency for Notizie Golf, the event’s media partner. The material, photos and videos, is for non-profit use as part of cultural initiatives, divulgation and information, for possible publication on internet, on the Royal Hotel Sanremo’s official social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), in print media, and for publication in the online magazine Notizie Golf.

Information pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016

In accordance with the current legislation on personal data, we inform you that Royal Hotel Sanremo (Albergo Reale SpA) and the partners of the event intend to acquire your personal data for purposes related to the participation to the current event and for the commercial promotion of products and services. The above mentioned data are only those strictly necessary and are processed using methods and procedures – also carried out with the use of computer devices – necessary for the achievement of the above mentioned purposes. For some services we use other subjects of our trust who carry out tasks of a technical, organisational and operational nature on our behalf, in Italy or abroad. Your data may also be known by our employees who are specifically authorised, as Data Processors or Persons in Charge, to process such data for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes.

You have the right to know, at any time, what data we hold on you, its origin and how it is used; you also have the right to have it updated, corrected, supplemented or deleted, to request that it be blocked and to object to its processing. Failure to give your consent will make it impossible for us to provide you with all or part of the commercial information about our Company. The Data Controller is the Company Albergo Reale SpA, which appoints external Data Processors and Persons in Charge of the Processing of the above mentioned data; the Data Subject in case of exercising his/her rights pursuant to Articles 16, 17, 18 of the GDPR 679/2016 may contact the Management by means of a direct request or at the e-mail address privacy@royalhotelsanremo.com.

Any reference regarding the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who may become aware of them as Data Processors or Persons in Charge of the above mentioned processing may be requested to the above mentioned Management.

These rights are required in former Articles 16, 17, 18 of the GDPR 679/2016. Integration implies an interest. Deletion and blocking concern data processed in breach of the law. The right to object may always be exercised with regard to advertising or direct sales material or for the performance of marketing research or commercial communication. In other cases, opposition presupposes a legitimate reason.

Agreement to the processing of personal data and the use of images

Having taken note of the above Information, by signing this document you agree, for an indefinite period of time, to the processing of your personal data as indicated above, to the use of your image by the Companies for the purposes indicated above as well as to the transmission of the same data to the partners of the event who will use them on their media materials relating to the event and to the processing by the latter for the same purposes, waiving all economic claims relating to the granting of the above authorisations. The revocation of this authorisation may be made at privacy@royalhotelsanremo.com
